This Privacy Policy describes how Livents, s.r.o. ("we", "us", or "our"), operator of the application Api Control, collects, uses, and shares information in connection with your use of our application and services that interact with the Meta (Facebook) Marketing API.

2. Information We Collect
Through the Meta Marketing API, our application may access and process the following data on behalf of our clients:

• Ad account information (account ID, name, status)
• Campaign, ad set, and ad performance data (impressions, clicks, conversions, spend)
• Audience and targeting information
• Ad creative content (images, videos, text)
• Pixel and conversion tracking data

We do not collect personal data of end users who view or interact with advertisements.

3. How We Use Information
We use the collected information solely for the purpose of:

• Managing and optimizing advertising campaigns on behalf of our clients
• Generating performance reports and analytics
• Creating and modifying ad creatives, audiences, and campaign settings

4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share advertising data with third parties. Data is only shared with:

• The respective client whose ad account the data belongs to
• Meta Platforms, Inc. as required by the Marketing API

5. Data Retention
We retain ad account data only for as long as necessary to provide our services. Upon termination of a client relationship, all associated data is deleted within 90 days.

6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the data we process, including encryption of API tokens and secure storage of credentials.

7. User Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at firma@livents.cz. We will process your request within 30 days.
